Blog Tour—T. L. Hines, Day 2

Filed under: Blog Tours — by Rebecca LuElla Miller @ 10:17 am

When it comes to becoming a published author, Christian Fiction Syndicate founder and featured author for the month of June,

He’s posted it on his blog

However, his own story pales in comparison to that of the character of his imagination, Jude Allman. That’s assuming, of course, that Hines invented the protagonist in his debut novel, Waking Lazarus rather than patterning him after an existing person, but I think that’s a fairly safe assumption.

I find it hard to talk about this book without making spoiler statements, but I’ll give it a go tomorrow when I post my review.

Suffice it to say that this is an intriguing book—not so far from fantasy—and one I highly recommend.

Take time to get to know more about Tony (that’s what the T stands for) by visiting other blogs in the tour:

    1. Thanks, Becky. But I’ll NEVER tell what the “L” stands for. Mwa-ha-ha.

    2. Wow, second time today I happened across a blog with a TL Hines interview (was at Tricia Goyer’s blog earlier). Are you following me?

    3. Heh heh heh. Now why didn’t I think to ask about that??!

But never say never, Tony. I used to hide my middle name, and now I’m hoping to splash it across a few novels. Ya never know! ;-)

    4. You stumbled on the Blog Tour, Julie. It’s like going downtown when there’s a parade and every street you want to cross, you bump into the line of spectators. Well, not EXACTLY like. Hahah.

Check out the other links in the tour, and you’ll bump into Tony some more.

    5. WAKING LAZARUS will be a tough act to follow. But VALLEY OF SHADOW sounds promising.

I look forward to your review.

    6. I say we start speculating on that “L”.

      Luther
      Lorne

      Lorenzo
      Longinus

      Um.

    7. David, I didn’t want to answer your comment until I’d posted my review. I have a “wait and see” attitude about Valley of Shadow based on what Tony said about it. I mean, I’m not a thrill reader, though I fell into three such books on this tour. Undoubtedly others who enjoy this genre will find it much to their liking. Tony is too good of a writer not to come through.
